:lol I was losing faith in her after the Bewitched thing. Then this week I knew she wasn't coming back from the fall. That's why I switched to Paris because I wanted to save her, so she can go far.

Granted, she wasn't my fave because of how she acted on the show... but that's just rude of FOX to do that, time crunch or not. What... Ryan can rush along the judges comments to fit stuff in, but he can't make sure the results show goes on time?

I'm all for Kellie leaving because I legitimately thought she was the weakest singer (judging by the last 3 or so weeks), but even so, they should have made sure she at least got her sing out. That's just cruel.

As much as I think Kellie Pickler should not win this thing, I would have rather seen Paris go.

Her famous grandmother or whatever is just irritating. And I cant help but think Paris only is this great singer, because she was put in like vocal lessons at the age of two, to follow in the family tradition. I know my reasons for hating Paris are completely illogical because she can sing, but her family seems snobby so I hope she doesnt win

Well, Bitter,

To start with they did another Ford video and we saw way to much of the Pickle...

Then, Andrea Bocelli came out and sang a gorgeous song.

Then Ryan put the contestants into 3 groups of 2:

Katherine & Chris
Elliot & Taylor
Kellie & Paris

Elliot & Taylor were the first ones announced as safe and told to go sit back down...

Then after the break, Ryan announced that one group was bottom 2 and the other 2 were the TOP 2 vote getters...

Then he told Kat & Chris to go sit down as they were the TOP 2 for the week...

another commercial break and then...

Ryan asked if Kellie had ever been in the bottom and she said "first time for everything" and he asked Paris and she said she'd never been in the bottom 2 before...

Then, Ryan turned to Kellie and said "Kellie, I'm sorry to say that you are leaving us tonight" It was pure heaven to hear those words!

The reasoning she didn't get to singout was because she & Ryan had a tete-a-tete and time ran out...

All in all, it was a great show! Bocelli was amazing and having Pickler out was the icing on the cake ;)

I don't think they were planning on having her sing out tonight. He asked her if she had any final comments and said they had 40 seconds left. I just don't think they had the time since Bocelli seemed to have a rather long performance.

EXACTLY!!! I'm so mad, I forgot to put my tape in so I can't re-watch that moment. I really liked what Simon said, but I can't help but feel his comments were staged. He did it twice and both to Kat - saying her performance was almost as good as Christina and then taking it back, and now saying she was not Whitney and then apologizing saying it was a good performace?!

Randy never really apologized. He just nodded and said "yeah" haha! Paula was all smug saying "I'm never harsh!" to Ryan and then she had her evil look to Kat and said "Katharine knows I love her" :lol !


What was up with the cheap cover version of "Bad Day"?

Was it a cover? It seemed to me just an acoustic version of the song. I really liked it!

Top 6 Results Analysis

Wow!!! This was by far my favorite results show yet!!! Kellie Pickler has pickled her last pickle!!! With Kellie gone, we have FOR ONCE a Top 5 that deserves to be in the Top 5, except of course for Mandisa.

And now -- the analysis!

Paris - This is getting old. Very old. I know that you are up against some tough competition coming next week, but I think that you are one of the best left and unfortunately for you the votes don't reflect that! Although Simon apologized to Katharine regarding her performance, I STILL think you outdid Kellie AND Katharine!

The good news is that next week you should do well. I will not reveal the theme, since Ryan didn't but it is a theme that you should excel in. Anyways, if you do well next week, you should have no problem getting in the Top 4.

Kellie - Ding dong, the witch is gone!!! Finally!!!! Fiiiiiiiiiinaaaaaaaaaallyyyyy!!! Kellie, you had this eviction coming for a LONG, LONG, LONG, LONG time and I thought it would NEVER come and it finally did! So why did you get sent packing with the lowest amount of votes? Simple. I said this last night, but it is worth repeating! You brought on the charm and the dumb blonde act, but you never sang or performed well. And don't forget about last week when you (and Katharine) "danced around" the Bottom 3. I told you and Katharine that you lost some potential votes for that act and for you it was fatal! Every week, we had to endure your gibberish and your pathetic singing! In fact, you talked so much at the end of tonight's show, that AI couldn't get your song in! That's how bad you were! But now, you're gone and I'm free at last! Free from you that is!!!

Pre-performance predictions: 2 out of 7 (29%)

Who will go next week?

The 5 players remaining are all very good singers. Of those 5 (and this is just my opinion), Katharine is the weakest. But based on votes, Paris is. So unfortunately, my vote has to go to Paris this week (Sorry to do this to you Paris, you know I love you, but I am just doing my job). Hopefully, Paris can prove me wrong -- she does have a BIG advantage for next week after all and two songs to do it with!

Oh, I don't know if you read my message on Kat's thread or not, but I not impressed with Kat either (and nor is Ruben). So, you're not alone. I don't know how she got in the Top 2 -- I couldn't believe it!!! I see her as the weakest player now. Paris and the remaining men can draw circles around Kat! I just don't see what's different about her!!!

I always take what Ryan/the producers/judges say about vote totals with a huge grain of salt, but I don't believe for one second that Katharine had one of the highest vote totals. Yes, she was (somewhat) unfairly slammed by the judges, but that was still not that great of a performance. Two previous singers have done it better on this show (J-Hud and Trenyce). I like Katharine; after Elliott, she is my favorite, but I really think the show is setting her up. I think they want her fanbase to grow complacent and showing her in the top two may do that. They want a white male to win. Just a mini-conspiracy theory. I clearly have too much time on my hands.

I agree, everyone knows I hate Kellie, and truly I didnt want to listen to her retchid voice another time, BUT it was rude to cut her off, she didnt even get to make her comments, not to mention sing her last song...

That would be un-acceptable for anyone in the Top 12 not to be able to have Final Words, so you know what CUT SOME OF THE CRAP RYAN DOES TO PRO-LONG 30 MINUTES, and let her sing...

Some of the things Ryan does is un-needed, if you are on a Time-Crunch, then make room! No one deserves to be cut off....

@ Aly -- I agree they probably didn't plan on her singing, but that in itself is still the point, it doesnt matter if she was supposed to sing or not, she deserves equal oppurtuinity as anyone else...

As critical o Pickler I been, She should have been given at least 10-15 seconds to sing out, hell Chicken Little got at least 5 before they faded out.
