I do think she is overrated by fans.A lot of her fans just vote for her because she is who she is.

i think the love for her is totally valid, but some of her photos are really overpraised IMO

In my opinion, I think a lot of the love Allison receives is mostly deserved. She has a look that has always been a stand out to fans, and she knows how to deliver and interesting picture, whether it's the best in the group or not. I'm always eager to see how she does in a photoshoot, and seeing her pull it off makes me love her even more. I'll even admit that there have been times when her photo hasn't been the strongest, too.

She definitely is..I mean even when her photos aren't that great a lot will not admit it..but she definitely is one of the best models ever to be on the show, potential and personality wise, just wish she wanted it more

the fact that her tour bus photo from cycle 12 is in fourth place on that poll shows that some fans vote for her just because its her. allison's photos have been amazing this cycle though :smitten

Overrated by fans, no by judges, well, no all the time, she takes nice pictures, but people obviously exagerate her appeal, she has interesting eyes, but no "fashion" eyes, she doesn't know how control them, even with that eyes she's very pretty IMO.

I love her in a way that she is TRUE and DIFFERENT plus UNIQUE, that's why I'm bias with her somehow, and I think thats why Fans love her. it's with her I GUESS!

I think Allison gets a lot of praise, but a lot of it is deserved. I love her as well and think she's interesting and photogenic, though I will say that when she slips up, her fans will always blame it on whoever chose the photo, the stylist, etc. But I'm not bothered by the level of praise she gets because Allison on her own is a great model & personality, if you leave her some of her crazed fans out of the equation.

I do think fans may overrate Allison's modeling ability a tad but I don't mind because Allison is awesome. I understand why they love her so much. :)

I love her because I just love her personality. She isn't afraid to be who she is, but at the same time she isn't overly confident. You can tell when she's nervous, or embarrassed, and you can also see how cute and sweet she is to others. Her look is actually limiting imo, but I still think she's very pretty and at least memorable physically.

And sure, she doesn't do that much to get the shot (at least in some photos), but she isn't one of those girls who needs to do much to get the shot. Just like she doesn't need to do anything to grab people's attention. I had never been on this forum and never read anything here for cycle 12. I also never knew she was Creepy-chan before she came on cycle 12. I still fell in love with her the first couple of episodes I saw her because she just has that charisma that wins you over.

The whole "overrated by her fans" "underrated by her haters" thing may be accurate, it's no use mentioning it, because it's the same with every girl. Allison just happens to have a bigger fanbase than the other girls, and that's fine, it's about time everyone got over it.

I think Allison has a lot of fans because she is a great model. I'm tired of people saying that she mostly gets votes because all her fans vote for her. She gets votes for her good pictures. And TBH, the fans voting for their favorites thing applies to EVERY SINGLE GIRL, not just Allison. People are pressed because some of their faves can't compare.

All Stars was created for her to win so ANTM fans can stop moaning but no, she isn't overrated. She deserves every praise.

She deserves some of the praise she gets, but I will most definitely say that she is overrated by her fans. For me, I've never been a fan of her one-note "Open Eyes Super Wide and Look Dead" look. Personally, I prefer some variety in shots, and it's easy to tell when she takes bad or dull photos that people will still fall in love with the shots just because she's Allison. She has a unique personality, but other than that, meh, her shots are underwhelming to me, because they're all the same.

It's kind of hilarious how the judges always act stunned no matter what Allison does. During the shoot, Kayla was obviously doing way better than Allison, even Jay said it. But of course Tyra doesn't care and she keeps saying that Allison's pics are amazing and could be in Vogue. ;)

No, she deserves every praise she gets. She is really likeable, probably the most likeable ANTM contestant ever. And that's not because she has big eyes and likes blood (nice logic), it's because she can realistically speaking be a real working model.

It's not even so much that she's overrated, it's just even before this cycle, people acted like she'd already deserved to win just because she's Allison. I think Allison is awesome, but I don't like when that happens to anyone. A win shouldn't be given, it should be earned.

I never said Whitney or Saleisha earned them, I actually strongly disagreed with their wins. I don't know how that's even relevant since I never implied I've agreed with all the winners.

I think Allison is awesome and photogenic, but if she wins, I want it to be because she's earned it, not just because she's Allison.

Well, I don't think she just stands there.. On the contrary in evry shot we see her try to do the best, to come up with poses and etc.

And for those who say : Oh she's overrated because she didn't book any major jobs.. Uh, and ur favorites have?

It cracks me up that people thinks that to like one girl or think that she's a good model, she have to make it big.. well, if that was truth almost none of the ANTM girls could have any fans because NONE OF THEM became a Top Model.. not Allison, and definitely not ur faves.
