Personality in a model has much more to do with a model's success than people give it credit for. I think we are increasingly happy to work with a more petite girl if she has a striking face and magic about her. Girls such as Bambi and Amanda Ware are perfect examples of this and are two of the busiest girls at the moment.
Who is your favourite model working today?
My favorite Australian model at the moment is Amanda Ware. She was rightly crowned Australia's Next Top Model and I hope it works out for her. She is elegant, refined, petite and womanly all at the same time. On an international level I adore Raquel Zimmermann. She is considered a bit of veteran these days but she is beyond versatile and has an air of intelligence about her that I find refreshing.
