Here's my opinion about when they might have 2 girls going home in 1 episode.

There has rumors said they might have top 4 / top 3 / top 2.

And they might have 3 cases of last three eliminations.

Case 1 : 5-3, 3-2, 2-1
Two girls going home in top 5 episode.
No top 4, and it might be a top 2 finale.

Case 2 : 5-4, 4-2, 2-1
Two girls going home in top 4 episode.
No top 3, and it still might be a top 2 finale.

Case 3 : 5-4, 4-3, 3-2-1
Two girls going home in top 3 episode.
Having top 4 and top 3, and they might have top 3 and top 2 finale.

If these top 4 / top 3 / top 2 rumors are true, then case 3 might happen.

There must have 2 girls going home in 1 episode like the case I mention above.

If not those case, then it might be either 8-6 or 6-4.
