It looks to me like her hair has red and blue streaks in it. Red, White, and Blue makeover.

I think she looks really good in the promo shot, she could be really interesting. She does seem way too over-the-top with her posing and the Zoolander expression, but as long as she's willing to learn and improve I can't see it being an issue.
