^OMG that would suck! to know the winner way before it was announced! it was like ANTM 16 we pretty much knew brittani won before it started, which made the overall competition kind of lame! im glad i never followed Drag race when it was knew back then (I used to be terrible with waiting a week before episodes) so i always just watched them all in a marathon!

Not knowing who won, made watching Drag Race last night feel so amazing. Cause I felt nervous for them and not knowing who wins helped the excitement factor!

Watching the episode again I realize how stunning was Chad in this challenge and how amazing was Sharon in the lipsync.
Now I'm hesitating. What's better, between Chad's professionalism, beyond every single contestant in this competition since its beginning, and Sharon's originality, which opened drag to a new artistic form ?
Let's just call it a tie... please Mama Ru !
Oh, and by the way, I intentionally didn't talk about Phi Phi. I'm sure that she could be so much better, if she just did a few changes in her demeanor, but she's too green and too narcissistic.
I question this because while Sharon is original in terms of what we've seen on Drag Race, her drag is something that's existed since the 80s. Leigh Bowery pretty much stretched the aesthetic limits of drag while queens like Doris Fish were doing shock art way back during the 70s/80s.
She's been a very strong contestant who has demonstrated razor sharp wit but I don't see what's new or revolutionary with her act.
There was also Divine !
But her act is maybe a bit more modern
Just got around to watching the episode now. Overall I think Chad did the best, everything she did was on point and I loved her final look, she looked very young and fresh! Still rooting for Sharon to win though, the most obvious winner ever but hey, she deserves it. This episode made me like Phi Phi more too which I didn't expect would ever happen.The whole situation with her ending up in hospital was really sad.
^ i agree with pretty much everything that you said! except for the rooting for sharon part, lol! i do however think that Chad had a great chance to win if it was decided right then and there!

^so did i! but were we wrong! at first i thought the twist was they all get to lip-synch and i was a little dissapointed as thats not so epic at all, but then she said the real twist with the voting thing i was so surprised they actually did do it!
